A Northside Restaurant Has Created Booze-Infused Pizzas For The Christmas Season

James Fenton

The Christmas ‘silly season’ is just around the corner and that means two things. Lots of drinking and lots of time off (for most people).

With the hangovers coming thick and fast, the hair of the dog will be in high demand around the city and a northside pizzeria is providing just the cure we’ll all be needing.

Boco on Bolton Street have come up with two pop-up booze-infused pizzas and we have to say we’re absolutely intrigued.

One of the creations is for the Bloody Mary lovers-  a tomato pizza laced with vodka with a special Bloody Mary mud.

In the spirit of the festive season, Boco have also created a port-infused spiced-beef effort which is sure to cure anyone who has over-indulged the night before.

The boozy pizzas are available all day until early January and cost €15. They’re part of the new BOCO menu which includes two new mixed leaf salads and four new pizzas (numbers 6,7, 8 and 10 in the menu below)

If you’re in the horrors this festive season you now know exactly where to go.
