A Restaurant In South Dublin Is Having An Entire Weekend Of ‘Lobster & Bubbles’

It’s probably not news to you at this stage (and if it is, then welcome to the best surprise ever) but this Bank Holiday weekend is gonna be an absolute SCORCHER. Like, 20 degrees actual summer-style hot.

So to celebrate all that sunny goodness, RIBA in Stillorgan are having a v special Lobster and Bubbles weekend.

They’ll be serving Lobster fresh off the boats at Bullock Harbour, Dalkey. Chef Cristian Matei and his team will be cooking up Half Bullock Harbour Lobster served with Tonnarelli All’ Aragosta, a Half Lobster served with fresh pasta with a tomato and claw meat sauce *drools*.

If you book through their site and put ‘LobsterBubbly’ in the booking comments you’ll even be treated to a Glass Of Single Vintage Prosecco Spumante.

Helloooo fresh lobster – those bottles of prosecco are gonna be popping!

Their fab outdoor terrace is all set up and ready for dining al fresco…

Heaters and blankets are at the ready as the evening gets cooler, juuuust in case.

And they’re also doing brunch Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 11am to 4pm.

Brioche French toast with crispy bacon or a Gambas Royale, two Soft Poached Eggs, Garlic and Chilli Prawns, Hollandaise, On Caviston’s bakery Bread, with Roast Potatoes?

Fresh lobster. Bubbles. Sunshine.
