Research from Washington State University and Harvard has found that there’s a chemical called resveratrol in wine which stops fat cells gaining more fat in the body, thus making you more skinny.

Yes, we know resveratrol looks like the word reverse, and that this sounds like a whole scam – but you can’t go arguing with science now, can you?!

According to the research, drinking at least two glasses (yes my friends, that’s a solid half bottle right there) can help reduce obesity by 70%.
