Ballsbridge Is Getting An Avoca – And SO Much More

Avoca is the kind of place that makes us feel warm and fuzzy inside, which is why we were so thrilled to hear that they're setting up a brand new food hall in Ballsbridge next March. 

That's not the only change that's coming to the swanky suburb, either - Dylan McGrath (owner of Fade Street Social and Rustic Stone) is also planning to open a restaurant in the same area.

The two spots will be part of a development called Number One Ballsbridge, which will also boast apartments, offices, a leisure centre and other shops, the Irish Times reports. 

Very fancy indeed.
