If you’re looking for a tasty healthy lunch today, this vegan restaurant on Pleasants Street is a favourite of mine.
Sova Vegan Butcher is Ireland’s first solely vegan restaurant and considering it’s World Vegan Day, maybe you would be interested in trying out some of their delish food.
I’m not a vegan or vegetarian myself but I like to try new things and when I checked out the cute little place for myself a few weeks ago, I had to admit: it’s very tasty.
They open Wednesday to Saturday serving lunch from 12pm – 3pm and dinner from 5pm – 10pm and do a knockout brunch on Sundays from 12pm – 4pm.
Have a look at some of the food on offer:
If you want something hearty and warm for lunch in the cold weather, I would recommend the Roasted Cauliflower Soup with cucumber, cashew salsa and sourdough crostini.
If you’re a kebab lover, you need to try out the Seitan Doner Kebab (which is also available on the brunch menu) – it’s always a hot choice.
Sova Vegan Butcher will be serving lunch today from 12pm to 3pm so if you’re around the city centre, why not check it out.
You won’t regret it!
