It's been a week for new openings, with Coco and Fallon & Byrne both announcing expansion plans in the last few days.

Now, Alchemy Juice Co. has confirmed that it has opened a second location on Leeson Street folllowing the success of its Grafton Street outlet.

For the uninitiated, Alchemy is on a mission to "bring fresh, raw and big flavours" to Dubliners - which translates to refreshing juices, speciality coffee and tasty yet healthy lunch options .

The range of food is designed to cater for veggie, vegan, coeliac, ketogenic, dairy-free, sugar-free, Paleo and low-carb - so there's no excuse for ditching the healthy diet!

The new location will become the primary focus for the company once the Grafton Street café closes its doors in January 2017.
