If there are two things that are popular right now, it’s gin and brunch, so this weekend’s gin brunch is bound to go down a treat.
It’s all happening at ‘Dublin’s newest pop up restaurant’, Lughnasa, at the South William bar on Sunday.
The three-course brunch features blood orange bacon Eggs Benedict, smoked salmon and avocado served on sourdough bread, and apple pie with a rhubarb and ginger sauce.
It’s €40 for everything and each dish is paired with a different gin-based drink.
Blood orange vodka cosmo anyone?
