It recently opened on Ormond Quay and Bagots Hutton has now confirmed that it will operate as a music venue as well as a restaurant.
The new premises offers delish Italian fare, from charcuterie boards to handmade pasta, and also includes a shop and wine bar.
Owners Giovanni Viscardi and Brian Deery have teamed up with music promoter Eoin Long to curate the music programme for the venue and installed a L’acoustics sound system, the same brand used at the 3Arena.
“It’s not purely about food anymore, it’s about the whole experience for bands and customers,” said Giovanni.
The restaurant/venue concept is becoming increasingly popular in the city, with Camden Street’s newest addition Hang Dai also incorporating a large music focus.
You can keep an eye out on the Bagots Hutton Facebook page for upcoming gigs.
