Heaven exists and we’re fairly confident this is it.
The newly opened Tella Ball Dessert Bar comes from the makers of the Tella Ball milkshake, which caused a stir on social media earlier this year when it was launched at the Foodcraft Espresso and Bakery in Sydney.
The milkshake that was driving everyone crazy consisted of a Nutella-filled doughnut atop a Nutella-flavoured milkshake (something similar is now happening in Dublin too). Chocolate on chocolate never tasted this good.
Given the massive popularity of the treat, creators Aki Daikos and Simon Kappatos decided to open their own Nutella-themed bar, where they offer a range of drool-inducing gooey chocolate-hazelnut delights.
Prior to opening, Daikos told News.com.au,
There will be coffee machines down one side, next to a wall of sweets like Nutella cruffins, Nutella cheesecakes, and every creation you could think of, in a huge cabinet […] Then on the back wall, we’re going to have Nutella crepes, waffles, pancakes, and of course we’ll have our Tella Ball doughnuts – and in 10 different flavours.
Dear God, that sounds amazing. Feast your eyes upon these luscious creations below.

If you know someone in Sydney (which we all do), I suggest you inform them of the Nutella joint immediately, so that you can live vicariously through them.
The Tella Ball Dessert Bar is located in Dulwich Hill, a suburb of Sydney.
We’d like to take this opportunity to strongly suggest that someone set up one of these in Dublin. Please and thank you.
