Here’s Your Top To Toe Guide To Beauty On A Budget In Dublin

kaylawalsh

Staying perfectly groomed can be expensive, especially in Dublin, so we’re here to help.

We’ve put together a top-to-toe guide to some of the best budget beauty options out there.

You can thank us later.

Hair

It’s really tough to find an affordable hair salon in Dublin, but Cut_social in Phibsborough is cheaper than most of the big names. A blow dry costs €30 for hair below the shoulder and €24 above.

If you’re really broke, Cheng Hair and Beauty Salon on Dame Street do blowdries from €12 and wash, cut, blow dries from €20 (I wouldn’t personally recommend them though!).

Lashes

Head to the Late Night Beauty Salon in Temple Bar, where you can get a lash tint for €12, an LVL lash lift for €70 and a full set of mink lash extensions for €100.

Make-up

The pop-up salon in Penneys on Mary Street will do your make-up for just €20 and you can choose from five different looks.

Skin

The lovely Skinfull Affairs on Exchequer Street does a botanical express facial for just 20 quid.

It includes aromatic emulsion, cleansing, gommage exfoliation, toning, moisturising, and a relaxing head massage.

Nails

Our faves Tropical Popical charge €15 for a file and polish, or Sandy Nails on Aungier Street do the same for only a tenner.

Waxing

Wax in the City has two locations in Dublin: Liffey Street and South William Street.

You can get yourself a bikini wax for €20 and a lower leg wax for €25.

Feet

Top to Toe in Stoneybatter does a full pedicure for €37, or a toe shape and paint with cuticle tidy for €17. Bargain!
