Ever fancy living in a hotel?
Well, now could be your chance… if you happen to have a bank account that’s healthier than Conor McGregor’s.
The Gibson Hotel in Dublin’s North Docklands is now up for sale for the princely sum of €87m.
The four-star in Point Village was completed in 2010 and includes 252 bedrooms, including 20 suites, as well as the 120 cover Coda Eatery, two bars including the Hemi Bar, spa facilities and a gym.
There’s
also extensive conference and banqueting facilities including nine
rooms over two floors, capable of accommodating up to 300 delegates
and 800 car-parking spaces.
It
is being brought to the market by Savills, through joint receivers
Paul McCann and Stephen Tennant, and is fully let to Galsay Limited
under a 25 year lease with a rent of €4.65 million per year.
