We're big fans of checking out gaffs that we hope someday to be able to afford.

BIG fans, indeed.

And this Monkstown MANSION is right atop of our wish-list.

Behold; 36 Belgrave Square South, Monkstown

36 Belgrave Square South is a most elegant Victorian family home, built c. 1850, and boasting 509sqm / 5486 sqft.

The lavish home has since been modernised and upgraded with meticulous precision and attention to detail while maintaining all of its original characteristics.

Entering through wrought iron electrically operated gates, you'll notice the railed front garden with spacious off street parking for 6 - 8 cars, a side entrance leading to a private south facing walled rear garden and gorgeous granite steps flanked by granite capped walls.

And yeah, the garden's pretty slick too.
