The Penthouse In The Millennium Tower Is A Bit Of Alright – And The Views Are Unreal

aidan

We’ve all walked past the Millennium Tower in Grand Canal Dock, and wondered – if even for a second – what it might be like to live up on the top floor.

You don’t need to see pics to know that it probably boasts one of the finest views the city has to offer, and sure enough it does exactly that. To the point where it would almost make us consider shelling out the €4,500 rent they’re asking for.

Almost.

Ah here.

According to agents Owen Reilly:

The bespoke interior is spread out over two levels and comprises of a hall, large open plan livingroom/kitchen/dining, lounge/office with double height atrium, three double bedrooms (two en-suites) and a bathroom.

It also comes with two parking spaces – which, to be fair, could easily set you back a couple of hundred quid in their own right – and a private roof garden.

Yes, a private roof garden. And no, that’s not a fancy word for terrace.

With three bedrooms, you could feasibly split this between four people and pay just over a grand each. Sure gwan. You might as well…
