You’ll probably know Percey Place as the new development that houses the recently opened Angelina’s Restaurant.
Well the folks behind the building have just rolled out 12 stunning apartments above the restaurant. As you can see from the launch site, they feature stunning design and a location second to none, nestled on the canal between Dublin 4 and the city centre.
The bad news is they come in at at least €750,000 for a two bed, and half of them have already been sold.
Each apartment comes with its own parking space, but the reality is that with so many local restaurants, bars, shops, and its close proximity to town, you could easily live here without a car.
These are way out of our budget, but one could still dream of living in one of the two loft style penthouses in the building.
You might get a few one off apartments looking this good in Dublin, but it’s rare to find a group of them packed into such a small corner of Dublin like this.
