If you've gotten into the soul-destroying habit of eating a soggy sambo at your desk every lunchtime, we have just the thing to tempt you away from office and back to sanity.

A very cool open-air concert is taking place at Wood Quay (near Fishamble Street) between 1pm and 2pm, with a performance by the New Dublin Voices chamber choir.

The gig is part of a series of music events being held at the venue by Dublin City Council, with Fontaines and Loah up next week.

Trad duo Cormac Begley and Libby McCrohan will take to the stage with the Chatham Saxophone Quartet on Thursday 27 July.

So grab your lunch and your fav work friend and head down to enjoy some culture on your lunch break - the only cure for that afternoon slump!
