Dublin is full of beautiful properties but today we're in love with this Rathgar stunner.
On the market for €1,975,000, there's no way we could ever afford it but that won't stop us drooling.
The redbrick Victorian house has been completely restored over the years and is now a charming mix of old and new.
We're loving the pops of colour and contemporary art pieces scattered around, as well as the marble flooring.
The bathroom is really unusual too, and comes with high-quality Villeroy & Boch fittings.
The only area it falls down in is the garden, which we think is a little boring.
Still though, serious props to whoever designed this beaut.
