If you're living in the Ranelagh area, chances are that you'll be familiar with the Urban Health store on Fields Terrace.

The store sells everything from healthy brekkie options to immune-boosting juices and now, it has undergone a transformation into an "overall food and fitness experience".

So, what does that involve?

Well, the space above the café has been renovated into a studio for yoga and fitness classes, with twelve classes running at the moment.

"We'll be introducing more classes over the coming weeks including mindfulness and meditation. The way it works is teachers rent the space from us and run their own classes and we help promote them," said Dee Buckley, who runs the space with husband Darragh.

"The space is a general community space that can be rented for numerous different activities. We're planning on organising evening talks on nutrition and holding movie nights also."

This might make it a little easier to stay on the healthy wagon!
