This Trendy Gaff In Stoneybatter Would Be A Seriously Great Place To Rent With Your Mates

Sarah

Lads and lassies who are trying to rent somewhere in Dublin right now – we feel your pain.

Half the places are either waaaaaaay outta your price range or else so horrifically grim that you wouldn’t even wish that one gal who bullied you in Senior Infants to have to move in.

If you and two mates have been searching high and low then you’ll be thrilled to know we’ve found a seriously slick three-bed that is pretty affordable, and wouldn’t look out of place in an episode of Room To Improve.

New to the market comes this recently refurbished and decorated house in the heart of trendy Stoneybatter.

Just look how sleek and stylish this spot is…

The bedrooms are cute ‘n’ cosy, and there’s even an outdoor area for that one summer BBQ.

It’s located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and benefits from private parking, there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom.

The spacious kitchen/dining room leads on to a private garden, which overlooks the fields of Grangegorman.

It’s €565 a week, which comes out at just over two grand a month – split between three people you’d be paying €750 each. Not too shabby considering some of the rooms in rent for town right now are the same price and absolutely horrible.

It’s walking distance to the new Luas line and to the very centre of town, and the property is partly furnished, but can be rented without if preferred (although why would you pass up free furniture?)

It’s a minimum 1 years contract, and the only slight catch is that it’s 6 weeks deposit – but for a gaff this beautiful we’d be happy to suck it up.
