10 Of The Freshest, Coolest Wedding Stationery Designers Around Right Now
Vital info if you're planning your nuptials
Wedding invitations have moved on a LOT from the pearly gold paper and a black calligraphy scrawl of old. Now invitations are one of the best ways to inject who you are as a couple into your nuptials.
Whether it’s a cool custom drawing by one of Ireland’s many talented designers, a punchy-coloured modern graphic or a feckin’ chalk-scrawled slate hand delivered by a lad in a matador costume, anything goes.
Just remember, your invites are the first thing your guests will see, setting the tone for your day – so make sure they’re a whopper precursor of the party to come.
To help you get started, here’s a round-up of 10 of the coolest stationery designers both around the country and internationally.
1. Little Ivory
Insanely talented Irish design duo Gillian and Dave make the coolest invites going.
You name it, they can turn their hand to it, whether it’s a bespoke illustration of yourself and your beloved, a nod to a theme that defines you as a couple or a classic, romantic design.
And if you haven’t a notion where to start, come at them with a germ of an idea and they’ll help you develop it into something magic.
2. Till Dawn Dear
Irish illustrator Kitty Moss is actually a bit ridiculously good at what she does. Cop on like.
Her hand painted invites are veritable works of art – and so whimsical and charming your guests won’t quite believe the gorgeousness they’re pulling from the envelope.
She hand paints invitations, quirky maps, save-the-dates and any other custom designs you might be after. Swoon.
3. Appleberry Press

Jolly Edition caught our eye thanks to their amazing, quirky designs.
The company, which is based in Baltimore in the US, but ships internationally, is run by creative team Laura and Tom who set out to add “personality and variety” to wedding invitations and stationery.
And with their gorgeous pre-designed suites and unreal custom designs, they’ve pretty much smashed that goal.
