There was some exciting news for music fans this morning, with rumours that The Rolling Stones are set to play Croke Park this summer.

According to The Irish Independent, the rockers are tipped to be announced as the third act to play the stadium this year - with Coldplay and U2 already confirmed for gigs in June and July.

Three concerts are permitted to be held in the venue each summer and it's believed that Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Woods are on the verge of announcing a new world tour.

We'll be keeping our fingers crossed for this one!
