A man has reportedly been shot “several times” in an incident in West Dublin tonight.
According to The Sunday World, the shooting took place shortly after 8.20pm and the victim is now in a “serious condition”.
The assault took place in the Mulhuddart area and the man, believed to be in his 30s, is receiving treatment at the scene.
He has since been taken to hospital and the scene has been sealed off by gardai.
It’s not yet known whether the attack is linked to the shooting of Mark Desmond last weekend.
