We all know a dog is for life not for Christmas, but we also know that animal charities are pushed to capacity around this time as people abandon their little fluffers.

With that in mind, we wanted to do a little round up of just some of the most gorgeous doggos that are looking for their forever homes right now.

So, if you're sure about getting a dog and you're prepared to fall in love and care for them for the rest of their lives, then step right up and take a look at these certified good boys and girls.

Blaise

Blaise is looking for a special foster/permanent home for Blaise. The poor boy is finding kennel life quite stressful and the guys at Dogs Trust hope the right home environment will really help him. As Blaise is a worried guy, he does have some specific requirements, so we would be delighted if you could tag anybody you think would be suitable and help us to help Blaise.

Mallinois pups

11 (yes 11!) three-month-old Malinois cross puppies looking for their Forever Homes! Originally bred for herding, these intelligent, spirited and athletic puppies will need lots of training and very active homes. They generally need more experienced owners who understand the level of commitment it can take to help them become amazing adult dogs

Alex

Alex's favourite carer, Elena, brought him home the other day to give him a break from kennel life. This is what she had to say: "Alex is amazing, he didn’t bark once, he was a perfect pet and a little gentleman who just wanted to be near me. Alex will make a great addition to a family that is willing to just give him a chance. If you let him get to know you, at his own pace, the wait will be so worth it because he will love you unconditionally!"

If you are interested in adopting any of these floofers, please call Call (01) 879 1000 or email [email protected]
