Aer Lingus Announce A New Direct Route From Dublin To Seattle

Aer Lingus is set to launch a direct flight route from Dublin to Seattle from next year.

The new route will mark the Irish airline’s twelfth route from Dublin Airport to North America.

Aer Lingus announced this morning that they will be running four flights a week from May 2018 to the city with the famous Space Needle.

Seattle is also renowned as being home to popular coffee chain Starbucks and the city in Washington state has become a popular tourist destination over the past number of years.

Speaking at the launch this morning, Stephen Kavanagh, CEO said, “We are delighted to announce Seattle as our latest transatlantic route for summer 2018. We believe this service will offer great value choices to our guests and further enhance Ireland’s trade and business links with the U.S.”

The new route will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays each week.
