There are huge tailbacks leading to the Dublin Port Tunnel this morning, after authorities closed both the North and South Bores following a reported oil tanker fire.
Drivers have been advised to use an alternative route, while emergency services have been dispatched to deal with the situation.
According to one person on the scene, the lights have gone off inside the tunnel and traffic is at a complete standstill.
However, the Dublin Fire Brigade have s confirmed that the truck fire has been brought under control.
