Gardaí stopped and searched a car in the North Stand area at about 10 o'clock.
Gardaí seized a loaded handgun, gloves, balaclava and can of petrol in a car in the North Strand area
They're being held at Mountjoy Garda Station under the Offences Against the State Act.
