This Iconic City Centre Building Is Now Up For Sale

The Central Bank's headquarters have finally gone on sale.

The six-storey lot located on Dame Street is estimated to sell for around €65 million by October 19. Lots 2 and 3, which are in the vicinity, are also up for grabs with expected bids to come in around €2 and €14 million respectively.

The properties cover the areas of Dame Street, College Green, Cope Street, Anglesea Street and Upper Fownes Street, which all fall under the Temple Bar district. The entire floor space available accumulates to 106,422 sq ft.

According to Independent.ie, possible plans for the highly desired space include a retail plaza or a hotel.
