Dublin Bus Drivers Warn That They’re Gearing Up For A Possible All-Out Strike

Dublin Bus could be set for an all-out strike if a resolution to the current pay dispute is not found.

That's according to general secretary of the National Bus and Rail Union Dermot O' Leary ahead of the next strike, which kicks off tonight at 9pm and will run until Saturday morning. 

The news comes despite the ongoing talks between the Union and the Government during the past week.

The free bus services to Culture Night events, which were to take place this Friday night, have also been cancelled.

Another strike is scheduled for next Thursday and Friday so you might want to start planning if you depend on bus transport for work.

The strikes will affect a total of 400,000 commuters and cost the State €600,000 for each day that the services are disrupted.
