Units of Dublin Fire Brigade were involved in rescuing someone from the River Liffey this afternoon.
The organisation revealed on Twitter that firefighters, paramedics and rescue swimmers were involved in the incident, with the person safely recovered from the waters.
The circumstances surrounding the rescue are not known but thankfully the person regained consciousness after being returned to quayside.
