Even The Director Of Domhnall Gleeson’s Latest Film Couldn’t Pronounce His Name At The BAFTAs

Ok so we know that Hollywood have been struggling with Irish names of late...

But you'd think after filming a gruelling film like The Revenant, and spending hundreds of hours in close proximity with a director that they might have mastered your name by the end of it... 

To be fair to Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu, who won Best Director for The Revenant last night, he does begin with a disclaimer before attempting to pronounce Domhnall's name.

Sure, God loves a trier!
