Foreign Workers Refusing To Move To Ireland Due To Dublin’s Renting Crisis

Highly skilled workers are refusing to relocate to Dublin as a result of the exorbitant cost of living, according to new reports.

Fora claims that companies are struggling to attract talent from outside of the country, with the rejection rate for job offers rising to 30%.

The site reports that the cost of living in other European capitals like Portugal’s Lisbon is up to 75% lower than Dublin, discouraging employees from moving to roles here.
