Motorists have been warned to take caution as traffic approaching Dublin grinds to a halt following two separate crashes along the M4.
The crashes happened shortly after 7am.
According to the AA, the collisions were at J7 Maynooth and J6 Celbridge of the Sligo to Dublin road.

This follows two days of traffic chaos in the capital.
As well as this, the R154 in Trim has closed following a crash.
