A broken down coach is the root of today’s problem with regards to Dublin traffic this morning.
The right lane of the North Quays is blocked, according to AA Roadwatch.

Other traffic news suggests another heavy day due to a heavy shopping day, and transport services reverting back to normal schedules.
According to the AA’s website, transport services will resume as so:
Dublin Bus will operate with a Saturday schedule on all services today. There will be no Nitelink services.
Luas services will operate to a Sunday schedule.
Irish Rail Intercity services will operate on a normal weekday schedule with some alterations. Most Commuter and DART services will operate to a Saturday schedule with some changes.
Bus Éireann Expressway services will operate to a Sunday schedule with some changes. Cork, Galway and Waterford City Services will operate a full weekday schedule but there will be a Sunday schedule on Limerick services.
