It’s Gorge Out There Right Now – But Not For Long…

Alana Laverty

The stroll to work this morning in Dublin was utterly enjoyable.

Blue skies, sun in the sky, birds chirping – it seemed as though all was right again in the world, after the scorcher yesterday evening in particular.

But no.

According to Met Éireann, heavy showers are en route.

*cries*

While it was nice and dry this morning, rain will affect most areas this afternoon and evening with some thundery downpours occurring.

Ew.

Maximum temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees, in mostly moderate southwesterly breezes, gusty in showers.

And as for tonight?

There’ll be clear spells developing as the showers largely die away.

Minimum temperatures of 3 to 6 degrees, in mostly light southerly winds.

Right. Netflix it is so.
