Man Arrested After Robbery At Rathmines Supermarket

A man has been arrested after he robbed a supermarket on the Upper Rathmines Road on Saturday evening. 

At around 8.50pm, the man entered the supermarket before approaching and threatening a male cashier. 

He then made off on foot with a sum of money. The cashier was not injured in the incident. 

The assailant, who is in his 20s, is being held at Terenure Garda Station.
