Two investment companies are seeking planning approval to turn the corner Nassau and Dawson Street into a mini Grafton Street kind of shopping area.
The two companies are aiming to appeal to international traders looking for large stores in Dublin city centre.
It’s a well-known fact, in the industry, that a string of international retailers have been eyeing up Grafton, and the adjoining streets, for some time now in order to expand.
The redevelopment of the site at the corner of Nassau Street and Dawson Street would also include about 100,000 sq ft of offices on the upper floors.
