An Outdoor Cinema Screening Is Happening This Friday In Merrion Square

If you like the outdoors as much as you like movies you’re gonna feckin’ love this: Happenings Open Air Cinema is returning for their 29th screening at Merrion Park this Friday, June 29.

The pop-event event company has teased that they’re once again returning to their usual summer stomping ground, but they’re not revealing what film they’ll be showing until Monday, June 25. Oh, the suspense!

Three classic films will be coming to Merrion Square at the end of each month throughout the summer. In the past they’ve shown the likes of La La Land, The Big Lebowski, Sing Street and many more, so it’s anybody’s guess as to what they’ll be showing this time around.

And its return couldn’t come at a better time, with the current heatwave looking set to peak around Friday!
