Shots Fired At Popular Dublin Pub During Attempted Robbery Today

Gardaí are investigating after an attempted armed robbery at The Paddocks in Clonee this morning.

The Irish Independent reports that the venue was targeted at around 8am today when a man wearing a balaclava entered the premises and began shooting what is believed to be a sawn-off shotgun.

The assailant is said to have demanded cash from two employees, however, none was handed over nobody was injured during the incident.
