PICS AND VIDEO: There’s Some Pretty Bad Flash Flooding Happening In Dublin Right Now

It was only a few days ago that we were all sunburnt and out in the gardens drinking beer until 10pm. 

But since this is Ireland, it all changed so quickly. And this lunchtime, there was even flash flooding across the capital – with warnings of more to come for Dublin and Cork.
