Faraway clouds are…iridescent?
We’re mesmerised by an array of photographs sent into us by Lovin Dublin reader Carole, who took it upon herself to snap pictures of this incredible sight spotted over the capital last night.

What an incredible sight!
Turns out these sort of clouds are called Iridescent clouds, which are a diffraction phenomenon caused by small water droplets or small ice crystals individually scattering light.
Fascinating.
Did you spot them at all? Let us know in the comments.
Thanks to @IrPsych for the shots!
