Sat atop the head of the healthy-eating revolution, based in the heart of Dublin city, Sprout & Co are answering all of our seasonal produce prayers with their delish new menu.

Forever focusing on the use of the freshest and best fruit and vegetables – their updated menu is all about Autumnal grub, showcasing the best of what Irish farms have to offer this time of year – including sweet potato, Irish cabbage, beetroot, kale and prawns.

Their new menus consist of three brand new salads, and three brand new wraps – made out of previously loved salads. 

The fruit, vegetables, fish and poultry are all locally sourced, as outlined above – and they look like this…
