Thankfully it looks like nobody is in any immediate danger as a result of the gorse fire that’s broken out on the side of Bray Head.
It’s currently located near the old site of The Eagle’s Nest, where the cablecar terminus was formerly based. The fire has continued to spread, however, and much of the southern part of the town has been covered in a blanket of smoke.
It has remained largely inland, however, meaning that the Air Display itself has not been affected.
