Anyone have €6,000 a month lying around to spend on rent? Or €3,850 for that matter?

No? Neither do we tbh, but on the off chance you do, then you should check out this new luxury development in Ballsbridge.

Catering to the 1%, No.1 Ballsbridge is described on daft.ie as “by far the most prestigious and best rental accommodation ever offered to the Dublin Market.”

Located in a mixed-use development, No. 1 Ballsbridge, is in the heart of Ireland’s “embassy belt”.

These 2 and 3 bedroom apartments average 1,350 sq. ft. and are fully fitted and furnished “with the highest quality fixtures and fittings and set new standards in apartment rental living in the Dublin market.”

With prices starting from 3,850 we can see these being snapped up by a lot of people…

While the pictures look gorgeous, the kitchen is still tiny.

The rent gets even steeper in the larger units with the 3 bedroom apartments going for €5,500 a month and the penthouse apartments going for a whopping €6,600.

The complex boasts “incomparable residential amenities” including a roof-top terrace, spa and leisure facilities and an orangery.

An orangery.

There are nearly 10,000 homeless people in Ireland, but there is room for an orangery in a residential complex.
