Iarnród Éireann have taken to Twitter this morning to warn commuters of “severe disruption” as the DART is at a standstill at Connolly Station.
According to Dublin Live, the delay involves an error in the signalling of the trains, and has left commuters stuck as the service is unable to continue until the issue is resolved.
Irish Rail have told passengers to expect “significant delays” on all trains travelling to, from and through Connolly Station.

An exact time as to when the trains will return to service has not been given, but Dublin Bus will be accepting rail tickets all this morning.
