The Daft Wealth Report for 2017 has been released and is based on an analysis of residential transactions of €3m or more over the last 18 months.
Herbert Park is the priciest of the lot, having seen five properties being sold for at least €3m in the past year and a half, followed closely by Ailesbury Road and Shrewsbury Road which have both seen three homes change hands for that price.
