The Casting Process For ‘Gogglebox Ireland’ Has Finally Begun

seank

Fantastic news for fans of Gogglebox, the Irish version of the show has just started the casting process proper.

According to The Herald, casting for the show is now underway as its producers search for “genuine characters who don’t even realise they’re characters”.

There was massive interest from the Irish public in appearing on the show, because everybody seems to think their commentary on TV shows is comic gold, and applications flooded in.

We can expect something along the lines of this, but with an Irish accent.

So if you know anyone who applied for the show, and you think they’re perfect for it, they should find out if they’ve made the initial cut in the coming weeks.

Expect Gogglebox Ireland to hit TV3 this autumn or winter.
