The New Luas Cross City Launch Date Has Been Announced

The launch date for the brand new Luas Cross City has finally been announced. 

Services will start in one month’s time, at 2pm on Saturday December 9. 

That means trams between Stephen’s Green and Broombridge Station in Cabra will be up and running before Christmas – handy for all those shopping trips and parties! 

“The opening of the Luas Cross City extension provides shops and businesses in the city with a huge boost,” said Graeme McQueen, Head of Public Affairs with Dublin Chamber. 

“Luas Cross City shows how well Ireland can deliver big projects.”
