Traffic is heavy from before the J6 Blanchardstown exit to J10 Ballymount.
As for city centre disruptions, there is a broken down truck on the North Quays at Inn's Quay. Traffic is building from Wolfe Tone to Arran Quay and Bachelors Walk.
