There’s Going To Be Free Drink In Coppers This Weekend As The Nightclub Celebrates Its 20th Birthday

Well this is going to be bloody chaotic.

Coppers is turning 20 this weekend, and they’re marking the occasion in a way that’s a bit like unleashing Harry Styles on to the floor of a One Direction convention: by serving free booze.

Its birthday celebrations will be kicking off this evening, with a Newstalk Off The Ball outside broadcast and a Damien Dempsey gig. That’s invite-only – but their kind gesture over the weekend will no doubt make it up to the masses.

The free drink is limited to one per person – fair – and is accompanied by free entry to the venue tonight, tomorrow and Saturday nights. You have to be there before midnight to avail… but in fairness, at least you won’t miss the 5ive Megamix.
