Unless you were living under a rock yesterday, you would have heard or seen that the Spire had been turned into a giant lightsaber as a promotion for the new Star Wars movie...

What we didn't realise was that once darkness fell, the lightsaber would look even more impressive. 

These photos shared on Instagram last night look seriously fucking cool!

From the looks of it, the force is strong in Dublin.
