This Pet Festival Is Coming To Smithfield This Weekend

Pets in the City, brought to you by Dublin City Council and supported by the DSPCA and King of Paws, returns to Smithfield Square this Sunday, May 14 2017 – and you’re invited.

Taking place from 11.30am – 4.30pm, this is the purrrrrfect event for animal lovers in Dublin City. 

The free event is suitable for all, and is kicking things off all weekend. 

The event promises to be a ‘pet paradise’, with a wide range of activities, stalls and entertainment. The DSPCA King of Paws Training Team will also be hosting a Dog Agility Workshops and Scruffs Dog Show, where members of the public are invited to enter their own four-legged friends.

Pet lovers can also expect a range of stalls offering great deals on all kinds of animal accessories, grooming products, toys and novelty items as well as the opportunity to avail of micro-chipping and pet health advice from the DSPCA. A reptile corner, an exotic animal area and an animal farm will give visitors the opportunity to interact with, and learn about, all kinds of animals.
